Bought this hammock through facebook. Just happened to come across item 117 which is an 11ft. made with 1.4 cloud and thought I would give it a try. Didn’t know what to expect with the fabric. I use these hammocks for day hikes and also hang in the house and watch tv. The kids enjoy hanging in the house as well. The only question I have is about the durability of this material. If it’s durable enough to take on multi day camp trips I would have one made and give that a whirl as well. Definitely happy with the purchase, and although I’ve only used this hammock for a short time I would recommend. Thanks much.

On June 9th I received the wrong hammock (wrong lay direction). I had a very hard time getting in touch with customer service(Phone , e-mail, Facebook) after several attempts I received a reply. I was told a new hammock would be sent. Five days later I sent an email asking for a tracking number. I still have not received a reply. Eleven days since I received the wrong hammock and I still do not have a replacement. I have placed 25 orders with Dutchware Gear since 2019 , and spent roughly $1,350.00 in that time. Customer service in the past was very good, but this order has left me feeling like I am being ignored. Today when I saw an e mail from Dutchware asking for a review I took the opportunity share my experience.
